EXISTING FARMERS:


DHG Will Provide Funding directly or from the Private Sector for the Disadvantaged Farmers who don.t qualify for Conventional Funding from the 12 Agriculture Banks that have overlooked them for the last 100 years. DHG will assist these Farmers in need of repairs, rehab work, updated equipment , tools, irrigation replacement and working Capital for supplies, livestock and maintenance.


DHG will work in Collaoration with these Distressed Farms who systemically have been targeted to fail. Suggest to them how to get additional education to produce less toxic crops and feed for their livestock with Intergrated Pest Control Procedures. 





We have a team of farming and land specialists helping farmers scale through innovative sales and leasing opportunities. We identify, acquire, and lease cropland and orchards across the United States.



New Purchases:

When you identify a property you are interested in farming, we can work as the buyer and set up a multi-year lease with you.


Lease Transitions:

If your current landlord is selling the property you are farming, we can purchase the farm and work with you to renew the lease and continue operating on those acres

Long-term and Flexible Leases

Before the closing process even begins, we will establish a leaseback structure with you. Leases typically range from 5-8 years and may be cash or flex Lease return.

Fast Transactions:

We’re typically able to close on transactions within 60-90 days after funding while providing expert legal and real estate support to ensure a smooth closing.


Retain Ownership:


In certain scenarios, we can work with the farmer to retain partial ownership in the property while offering the remaining balance to the investors on our platform.
